shower curtain wall is a speculation on the glass curtain wall and the shower curtain and the oppositional spheres they occupy: keeping water in versus keeping it out, soft vs. hard, private vs. public, interior vs. exterior, etc.

carried out at the university of texas at austin school of architecture, the initial version of the project sought to reconcile these oppositions. the iteration seen here creates a fleeting boundary within the garage`s interior, where contents from the initial project are displayed.
